Orion Systems was established in 1995 and since then our company has steadily built itself to be a leading lift battery backup system manufacturer. We are pioneers in running heavy loads (lift, common lights, water pump & fire pump) on UPS & batteries.
We have a state-of-art battery manufacturing facility at Khed Shivapur (off Pune-Satara road) which includes casting and pasting machines, vibrator, TTP welding machine, and heat-sealing machine. We are a regular supplier to M.S.E.B., Solar product manufacturers, and UPS manufacturers.
We have recently ventured into LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE batteries. Our facilities include WELDING MACHINE, SORTING MACHINE, IR & VOLTAGE TESTING MACHINE.
Our lift backup & home UPS systems are fully designed & manufactured in house. Most of our vendors are ISO certified thus, assuring high quality. We are dealers for LUMINOUS batteries and we also provide UPS systems for residences, commercial properties, and the real estate industry.
